End User License Agreement — Addendum

This addendum supplements the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for Cat Blox, developed by KissyKat Games, a studio brand of Sirideain Ventures ("Licensor"). Where this addendum conflicts with Apple's standard EULA, the more restrictive provision applies. Apple's standard EULA remains in full effect for all matters not specifically addressed here.

1. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

Cat Blox includes a virtual currency called Meow Bucks and various in-game items (extra lives, power-up charges, cosmetic items). The following terms apply:

1.1 Nature of Virtual Items

Meow Bucks and all in-game items are digital content licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them within the App. They are not your property.

1.2 No Real-World Value

Meow Bucks and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged, or transferred for real currency, real goods, real services, or credit of any kind — except as required by applicable law.

1.3 Consumable Purchases

All in-app purchases in Cat Blox are consumable (one-time use). Once Meow Bucks are spent on lives, power-ups, or cosmetics, the transaction is final. Consumable purchases are not restorable across devices through Apple's purchase restoration mechanism.

1.4 Balance Not Guaranteed

Your Meow Bucks balance and in-game items are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side records of your balance. If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your balance and items may be permanently lost. We have no obligation to restore lost balances or items.

1.5 Economy Changes

We reserve the right to modify the in-game economy at any time, including:

• The amount of Meow Bucks earned through gameplay.
• The prices of items purchasable with Meow Bucks.
• The availability of specific items or features.
• The introduction of new items or currencies.

Changes apply going forward and do not entitle you to a refund for prior purchases.

2. Game Content and Progression

2.1 Game Data

All game progress, scores, levels, and customization choices are stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud saves or cross-device sync. Loss of device data means loss of game progress.

2.2 Leaderboards and Achievements

If Cat Blox integrates with Apple Game Center, your scores and achievements may be shared with Apple's Game Center service. This is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

2.3 Gameplay Changes

We may update the App to adjust gameplay mechanics, difficulty, scoring, level design, or other game features. These changes are part of normal game development and do not constitute a breach of this agreement.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to any restrictions in Apple's standard EULA, you may not:

• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to play the game or manipulate scores.
• Modify game files, memory, or network traffic to alter gameplay, currency balances, or in-game items.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantages (please report them to us instead).
• Distribute or sell accounts, Meow Bucks, or in-game items.

Violation of these terms may result in loss of access to the App and forfeiture of all virtual items and currency.

4. Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to Apple, as all purchases are processed through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly. Apple's refund policies apply. Nothing in this addendum limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Limitation of Liability for Virtual Items

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss of Meow Bucks, in-game items, game progress, or other virtual content, whether caused by device failure, App deletion, software updates, bugs, or any other reason. Our total liability related to virtual items shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific items at issue.
