How do I restore purchases?

Cat Blox uses consumable in-app purchases (Meow Bucks), which cannot be restored across devices through Apple's purchase restoration. Your balance is stored locally on your device.

I lost my game progress. Can you restore it?

Game data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your save data and cannot restore it. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your progress may be permanently lost.

How do I earn Meow Bucks?

Meow Bucks are earned through gameplay — clearing lines, completing levels, and finishing daily challenges. The more you play, the more you earn. You can also purchase Meow Bucks packs in the in-game shop if you want to accelerate. There are no ads or paywalls — every feature is accessible through play.

How do lives work?

You receive 9 lives per day, which reset at midnight. Additional lives can be purchased with Meow Bucks in the Pet Store.

What are power-ups and how do I use them?

Power-ups are special abilities you can activate during gameplay. Scratch clears a row, Purr Power gives a temporary score multiplier, and Cat Nap slows the drop speed. You earn power-up charges through gameplay and can spend Meow Bucks to recharge them.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Is my data collected?

No. Cat Blox collects no personal data, uses no analytics SDKs, and contains no ads. All game data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
