Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cat Blox ("the App"), developed and published by KissyKat Games, a studio brand of Sirideain Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Cat Blox, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Cat Blox on any Apple device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license is subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App.

2. Virtual Currency — Meow Bucks

Cat Blox features an in-game virtual currency called Meow Bucks ("MB"). Important things to understand about Meow Bucks:

• No real-world value. Meow Bucks are not real currency and have no monetary value outside the App. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• Consumable and non-transferable. Meow Bucks are consumed when you spend them on in-game items (lives, power-ups, cosmetics). They cannot be transferred to other users or other apps.
• Non-refundable. Purchases of Meow Bucks are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• No property right. You do not own Meow Bucks. They represent a limited license to use a feature within the App. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of items purchasable with Meow Bucks.
• Earned and purchased. Meow Bucks can be earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchase through Apple's App Store.
• Loss of currency. If you delete the App, your Meow Bucks balance and all purchased in-game items may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for restoring lost balances.

3. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Your purchase is a transaction between you and Apple, governed by Apple's terms. We do not process payments directly. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard process.

4. User Conduct

When using Cat Blox, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to modify the App or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or any servers or networks connected to it.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Cat Blox — including but not limited to the game design, artwork, sprites, animations, music, sound effects, text, code, the "Cat Blox" name, the "KissyKat Games" name, and all associated logos and branding — is owned by Sirideain Ventures or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or game assets without our prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use under applicable law.

6. User-Generated Content

Cat Blox does not currently support user-generated content. If this changes in a future version, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The App will meet your specific expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sirideain Ventures, KissyKat Games, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency or in-game items, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sirideain Ventures, KissyKat Games, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately.
• You must stop using the App and delete all copies.
• Any unused Meow Bucks or in-game items are forfeited.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
